Haldiram Snacks Pvt Ltd, a leading Indian sweets and snacks manufacturer, is seeking creative agency pitches for the first time. The F&B leader is looking to hire an agency that will help it achieve its marketing objectives.

Haldiram’s, an Indian sweets and snacks manufacturer, has launched a campaign designed by Lowe Lintas Bangalore to revive the tradition of celebrating with sweets. Haldiram’s attempts to refocus attention on traditional Indian sweets or mithai through the campaign by employing the device of nostalgia. The integrated campaign will primarily be seen on television, online, in print, and on billboards.

“Sweets have long been associated with celebration.” Sweets have always been a part of these joyful and festive occasions, whether it is a royal alliance, a victory, a spiritual offering, or a simple moment of happiness. However, chocolates, cakes, cookies, and other confectionaries have surpassed the position that traditional Indian sweets once held. “Haldiram’s intends to remind Indians that celebrations are incomplete without mithai,” the company said in a statement.

We have always been known for our quality and consistency in our products over the years, and the same holds true for our sweets portfolio, according to Neeraj Agrawal, director of Haldiram Foods International Pvt. Ltd. “In India, sweets are frequently consumed and given as gifts.” They are also extremely important during celebrations. This campaign was created to make the brand more relatable to our audiences by showcasing Haldiram’s in their daily lives. “As a result, ‘Desh ki Mithaas,'” he continued.

“We are excited to begin pitching creative partners until we find one that best meets our needs.” “Whether you’re a global or boutique agency, please share your vision for the heritage brand with us in a concise manner,” says Divya Batra, Head of Marketing at Haldiram Snacks. The agency will collaborate closely with Batra to meet marketing goals and increase visibility in line with the brand’s overall vision.

Haldiram’s began in 1941 as a small shop in Bikaner and had expanded to Delhi by 1982; what began as a small-town enterprise in India is now a global phenomenon.
