Jersey renamed and rebranded as ‘Godrej Jersey’


One of the well-known company Creamline Dairy Products (CDPL) has recently rebranded and renamed Jersey as Godrej Jersey. With this integration of Godrej, the rebranding of Jersey will aim to strengthen the confidence capital that the company has built over the last 34 years, as indicated by the company in their press release.

CDPL is a Hyderabad-based company which is a subsidiary of Godrej Agrovet. Most of the CDPL’s stakes were purchased by the Godrej Agrovet in December 2015. They have a capacity of around 10 lakh liters per day, as well as about 100 collection centers. Their business is expanded to states such as Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andra Pradesh, and parts of Maharashtra. It also has many dedicated milk parlors in the major cities of India. They are engaged in the sales of almost all kinds of dairy products such as high-quality milk products, curd, lassi, buttermilk, and flavored milk to paneer, ghee, and other value-added products under the Jersey brand name. The company has enough space for refrigeration centers, bulk milk cooling units, composite dairy plants, and a state-of-the-art milk powder plant.

Since it kicked off the business 34 years ago, the company mainly focuses on building the milk business. With the use of milk, Jersey has built an exciting portfolio of different products. As a result, the Jersey brand gradually became popular in households in the southern parts of India. While considering all these factors, Jersey began a new path with new, improved brand identity through their partnership with Godrej. This new design will help them to incorporate into their customers, the same trust and quality Godrej has embodied for over a century.

To connect with the consumers, they have developed a new tagline called “Nourish the winner in you.” With this, they also have a new logo that closely represents a smile that helps them resonate with other consumers through product categories. So, this brand must preserve the uniformity of its design theme.

These explain the reason they decided to relaunch with the support of a campaign like TVC, Digital, Print, and Point of Sale ( POS) that helps them create awareness. Jersey goods are mostly available in cities such as Telangana, Andra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and even Nagpur, Maharashtra.
