JK Cement Ltd., India’s premier cement company, tripled its market capitalization to three billion USD over the last fiscal year by recording another year of extraordinary growth. It has reaffirmed its position as one of the fastest-growing brands in the cement industry.

Unworried by the pandemic and scripting a quick recovery, JKCement powered through hard times and delivered a supreme performance, with the company recording the highest ever EBITDA (Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) in Q3 and Q4 of Financial Year 20-21.

Celebrating the success and paying tribute to the enormous contribution of former MD, Late Shri Yadupati Singhania, JK Cement Ltd. has started a forward-looking and contemporary corporate brand identity that is in line with the changing times while eminently showcasing the company’s core beliefs and a legacy of trust.

The new avatar of JKCement was officially announced at a very special online event by Dr Raghavpat Singhania – MD, JK Cement Ltd, A.K. Saraogi – Dy. MD and CFO, JK Cement Ltd. and Madhavkrishna Singhania – Deputy Managing Director and CEO, JK Cement Ltd.

Continuing on the growth graph, the company has strengthened and expanded its production capacities, having already augmented the installed capacity by 4.2 million tonnes in the past two years, scripting a 40 per cent growth.

Thanks to the increasing demand for the wall putty segment, the company also expanded its production capacity by 3 LTPA at its wall putty unit in Katni, Madhya Pradesh, making it the biggest manufacturing plant of Wall Putty in the country.
