Lava, one of India’s renowned smartphone brands has launched a new variant to its Lava Blaze 5G smartphone variants. The company has announced that the new variant is more powerful with 6 GB RAM and a 128 GB storage model. The Lava Blaze 5G was initially showcased by Ashwini Vaishnav, Minister of Communications and Electronics and Information Technology, during the Indian Mobile Congress 2022 (IMC) which took place last year.
Lava Blaze 5G 6GB RAM variant: Specifications and features
The new Lava Blaze 5G 6GB RAM variant is quite similar to the original variant. It is expected to come with a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC and gets an octa-core processor with a clock speed of 2.2 GHz, LPDDR4X memory, and UFS 2.2 storage. The new variant also comes with a memory card slot for expanding the memory by up to 1TB.
Speaking about battery life, the device packs a 5,000mAh battery optimized by the 7nm SoC.
The smartphone runs on Android 12 OS. The company claims that the handset offers a clean user interface. The device also offers an anonymous call-recording feature which is rare and seldom seen in smartphones these days. Besides this, the smartphone features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for unlocking/locking the device.
Speaking about the optics, the new variant of Lava Blaze 5G houses a triple rear camera setup headlined by a 50MP primary camera sensor with EIS support and 2K video recording. The device is equipped with an 8MP shooter along with a screen flash for selfies and video calling.
The smartphone Lava Blaze 5G 6GB RAM variant features a glass black design. The device also offers Glass Blue and Glass Green color options.
Lava Blaze 5G 6GB RAM variant: Price and availability
The new Lava Blaze 5G ( 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant ) is priced at Rs. 11,999. The company Lava offers the smartphone variant at an introductory price of Rs. 11,499 now. The smartphone will come in three color options- Glass Blue and Glass Green. For the purchase, it will be available to the customers on the company’s official website via Amazon.
