Every month, nearly 1 million Indian youth has accessed the workforce, their employability rate holds 49.5%. ‘Future Perfect’ is designed to convert this demographic inactivity into a demographic distribution for the nation.

Now, NEWJ aims to expand “Charcha 2021” by The/Nudge Forum, a conveying platform taking together development stakeholders, raising impactful conversations on important issues of times.

The Charcha 2021 has brought together nearly 300 leading practitioners, economists, community and industry leaders, philanthropists, policymakers. National leaders have met on this platform to discuss stimulating the nation’s development in multiple fields, honoring India’s 75th Year of Independence, converging on post-crisis recovery and growth.

NEWJ will undergo video parts from the ‘Skilling and Economic Empowerment’ remains in the form of explainers and exclusive interviews convening to power the organization’s work.
