Panasonic India enables offline retailers to sell online through the digital platform Benow

 One of the renowned  firms in India, Panasonic had decided to make a partnership with digital payment platform Benow to digitalize its offline sales in India .This collaboration is made in the view to increase the reach of all the Panasonic products ranging from household electronic products to mobile phones and cameras at these times when people choose to make purchases online due to the fear of Covid-19.

Through this collaboration, the Benow digital platform enables millions of consumers to reach out to Panasonic local dealers for buying Panasonic AC, televisions, refrigerators, washing machine and much more at the click of a button. It does not require any capital expenditure by Panasonic’s retail partners and helps them provide a contactless purchase experience to its consumers in current times. 

The platform can be accessed in local languages such as Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and Telugu as well as English. The ongoing pandemic impacted consumer behavior and redefined how businesses operate.
