The mission of Reliance Consumer Items Ltd., which draws on the philosophy of Reliance Industries (RIL), is to provide the people of India access to products that were created in India. In preparation for a nationwide rollout of the brand, the corporation intends to transform the state of Gujarat into a “go-to-market” state as part of its strategy to achieve excellence in the execution of its FMCG business.
The firm intends to make the ‘INDEPENDENCE’ launch an empowering movement for all of the stakeholders in India, including consumers, manufacturers, distributors, and kiranas, by capitalizing on the equity and affinity of the brand “Reliance” in Gujarat. These stakeholders include customers. Not only are independent items manufactured in India, but they are also manufactured specifically for the Indian market, so they are guaranteed to find a place in Indian homes. This is because INDEPENDENCE products are not merely manufactured in India; rather, they are manufactured for India.
The purpose of this company’s collaboration with its trade partners, which include kirana shops and manufacturers, is to produce high-quality goods and provide the trade partners with more options for doing business, with the end goal of achieving shared prosperity. The firm has ambitions to expand the launch in the following months to include FMCG merchants located across the state of Gujarat.
The high-decibel integrated launch announcement is accompanied by on-ground visibility and sampling efforts in Ahmedabad, in addition to advertisements broadcast on local television and radio, as well as those that appear in print and on billboards, and in newspapers and magazines.
