Shilpa Shetty promotes a healthy lifestyle with Fast& Up


12th, April 2022: Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra has been named as the fitness brand ambassador for Fast&Up, a nutrition company. 

Shilpa is recognized for her holistic approach to diet, nutrition, and fitness. She is a fitness fanatic and a strong advocate of yoga. Through her varied relationships with India’s greatest lifestyle and health coaches and yoga gurus, she has revolutionized the notion of being fit and healthy. Apart from creating her health app, she co-authored the extremely successful book “The Great Indian Diet” with Luke Coutinho. After several alter egos, the hands-on mother of two has teamed up with Fast & Up to help the business gain traction in the nutrition and supplement industry.
