Sneha John is new director of marketing in Swiggy

The leading food delivery app, Swiggy has recently placed Sneha john as their new director of marketing. Her latest role was general manager in marketing. John has joined the company in 2017 as a senior marketing manager. Before joining Swiggy, Neha has worked with Hindu as senior marketing from august 2016 to December 2017

Being an engineering graduate from VIT, Sneha had completed her post-graduation from ISB, Hyderabad, and has even been an employee as a senior marketing manager for about 3 years. She has also worked with ONGC in past.

In these unprecedented times, the employees are looking for an extra holiday in a week, as it could give them relief and could soothe their mind and soul. This extra holiday could bestow them a bit of happiness and will reduce their stress and strain. Work pressure had a huge impact on the employees. Moreover, this extra holiday will set them free. So, that they could spend some time with their family.

This four-day workweek is the future of work, and now they have started to see a glimpse of hope. Since, this rise of covid, there was an increase in individual’s mental health and productivity.

Perhaps, these challenging times have made those agencies more creative and innovative. They have decided to start their work culture, here they are referring to the four-day work. They have planned it to begin in May. Thereafter, employees could get additional leaves especially the people who are covid positive, as well as, the ones who are suffering vaccine side effect will also get the same.
