Steelbird Hi-tech (SBHT), is one of Asia’s leading helmet manufacturers from India has recently launched their latest Doraemon Face Shields for kids. This initiative is to help them to cover their face as it protects the kids from the dangerous effects of the Covid virus.
Doraemon is the name of a cat, the character from a cartoon of the 22nd century. This was one of the most was the most-watched cartoon on Television those days.
Realizing the need and importance of face shields these days, Mr Rajeev Kapur, the Managing Director of the Steelbird group said that “As we all know there is a widespread of Corona virus and this is the most important need for the people at present. We thought of introducing products for kids as it will keep them safe at the same time this initiative would motivate them to get used to the new normal.
Our brand is most connected with safety so this time, we thought of introducing face shields as it goes in sync with all our products. As it is introduced for kids, we thought of bringing Doraemon into it. For this product, a lot of R &D tests were undergone to improve its protection and safety aspects”.
Often face mask is uncomfortable for kids so through this product it protects the children and with the introduction of Doraemon, it encourages kids to wear protective face shield that covers their entire face, which is far better than face masks. It protects the kids from all airborne diseases. The Doraemon character is one of the most well-known characters among the kids and it is the main for incorporating it into this product.
The face shield is introduced in a variety of designs to attract kids. The market rate of the product is Rs. 499 for each piece as it is made from high-quality materials, it is easy to clean, and open up a crystal clear. The product comes with a colorful strap and comfortable padding. It is very lightweight and is very much loved by kids.
Steelbird apart from manufacturing Face shield they also produce a wide range of products which includes jacket, shoe cover, riding gears, and a range of motorcycle helmet. Last year Steelbird company entered the health and safety segment. Other than face shields they are also producing PPE kits, gloves and oximeter.
