A new edition of its flagship ‘Sub of the Day’ (SOTD) value offer has been launched by Subway across its restaurants in India. Subway guests will now be able to enjoy the most popular and scrumptious sandwiches of the company at a discounted price starting at just 145.

The company has rolled out a promotional film through its social media pages to promote the offer. A quirky animated take on the reactions people have when they find their favorite subs included in the offer is the campaign film. The upbeat music makes the feeling of celebration more pronounced and the visual treatment is given is close to that of comic book strips. The campaign is live now and runs on all digital platforms.

Every Monday and Thursday, the new 2020 menu offers Veg Shammi and Tuna Subs, Chatpata Chana and Chicken Slice, every Tuesday and Friday, Corn and Peas and Chicken Kofta, every Wednesday and Saturday, every Sunday, Tandoori Tofu and Chicken Teriyaki.

The brand also ran a creative #SubwayIsSafe campaign in the middle of the ongoing health crisis, to improve its current health and food safety standards that are strictly observed at all restaurants. The steps include hourly drill sanitizing and disinfecting, face masks and single-use gloves for sandwich artists and delivery workers, touchless delivery experience, safe supply chain, employees’ everyday temperature checking, to name a few.
