The WARC Awards for Media 2021, a robust multinational awards scheme celebrating communications planning that has had a significant impact on company success, are being launched by WARC, the leading expert on marketing effectiveness.
The market, now in its sixth year, will look at the perspective, tactics, and analytics that drive successful media investment. There are four categories, each with its judging panel of foreign experts. The category of Efficient Channel Integration examines how advanced marketing architecture aided campaign effectiveness. Ron Amram, Senior Director, Global Media, Mars, will chair the jury. He is responsible for increasing the reach and success of Mars’ media investment internationally, as well as owning the company’s multimedia channels.

Communications that have successfully used or combined new platforms or technology in the media mix may be recognized in the Productive Use of Tech category. The jury will be chaired by Rajoielle Register, Ford Motor Company’s Head of Global Brand Experiences. Raj is in charge of coordinating the company’s relationship with main partners to deliver the corporate brand experience and marketing strategies for global and regional auto shows.

The Effective Use of Partnerships & Sponsorships segment examines how third-party alliances, such as native ads and sponsorships, have aided brands in achieving their market objectives. Sarita Rao, President, Integrated & Partner Solutions, AT&T Corporation, will chair the category. She is responsible for the company’s business growth and specialized distribution activities for next-generation products, as well as providing AT&T Partner Exchange and Wholesale programs.

Siew Ting Foo, Chief Marketing Officer, Greater Asia, HP, will chair the Best Use of Data group, which recognizes the importance of data in a successful communications strategy. Siew Ting’s role at HP is to combine data and emotional interaction to drive brand relevance and meaning.
The WARC Awards for Media are open to all disciplines and channels and are free to join. Media companies, creative agencies, media operators, digital agencies, and data experts from all over the world may submit papers as effective case studies. Each jury will bestow Grand Prix, Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards, as well as three Special Awards for exceptional performance in particular fields. The deadline for submissions is September 22nd, 2021.
