ICIC Prudential Mutual Fund is an asset management company that was established in 1993. It is considered the second-largest asset management company in India. The asset management company is a joint venture of Prudential Plc and ICICI in India. The corporate office as started in Mumbai, India the asset management company received growth from 2 locations and 6 employees in1998 to more than 1000 employees today with 120 locations and with an investor base of more than 1.9 million investors.
