This summit assembles brand leaders and marketers, and this is their platform to support dynamic conversation. This event will be broadcasted online on May 28,2021, Friday from 2 PM onwards.

The main theme of this edition of this summit is ‘’The Power of Brand Love’’. Brand Love has become one of the largest marketing strategies marketers, they would even use for growth during these unprecedented times. This consists of positioning a brand as a commodity that not only attracts consumers but also connects them emotionally. However, brand love could bestow price premium, brand loyalty, and brand advocacy. We could also see that marketers from across the world could gaze at this brand and predict it as a perfect remedy.

Hence, this summit consists of three-panel discussions, the topic for the first-panel discussion was Brand Love: Going Beyond Algorithms. Nowadays, the data-rich environment could connect the brand with the consumer. Through this way, they could be stronger than ever with marketers being privy to their consumer’s likes and dislikes. As for as the brand is concerned, it’s very important to keep up with the core values, across time and every consumer touch-point.

Brands are always bombarded with the latest technology and algorithms, and this could map consumer’s perceptions and behaviour. Even though, this loved brand has gone beyond their mechanical connection to a personal level. They mainly aim towards the era of personalization and researches whether any brands have missed out on any personal connection. They also check if their mechanical approach could brag them to have an emotional connection with a brand.  Sometimes, they get perplexed and ponder if their consumers could adhere to the true values of the present era.

The panel members in the discussion were Narayan Sundararaman, Head of Marketing, Bajaj Auto, Simeran Bhasin, VP-Brands and New Ventures, Licious, Amit Sethiya, Head marketing, Syska Group, Prashant Halbe, Senior creative strategist, India Lead, Snapchat India and the moderator of this discussion was Ruhail Amin, senior editor, exchange4media.
