Samsung has announced a new consumer initiative as part of its- ‘We Care for You’ program. These new initiatives will make sure safety, convenience and health of consumers looking to buy the products from Samsung.
Customers can now ‘Shop by Appointment’- a new character that allows them the freedom to book an online shopping appointment through WhatsApp for a hassle-free experience at their nearest Samsung Store.
Customers can also avail more additional offers like Samsung Referral Advantage Program, Samsung Student Advantage program & Samsung Smart Club Membership while shopping at Samsung Exclusive Stores.
Mohandeep Singh the Senior Vice President of Mobile Business- Samsung India, said that “At Samsung, consumer health and safety remain our top priority. That’s why we bring the ‘We Care for You’ program, which focuses on offering consumers best-in-class products and services with a safe and worry-free shopping experience.
The initially launched ‘Shop by Appointment’ service lets the consumers book a personal shopping appointment at their nearest Samsung Exclusive Store.
Singh said that “Customers also can book from home demo/home delivery experience and service Galaxy devices from the comfort of their homes. These services can be booked easily through WhatsApp by sending ‘Book’ to 9870-494949 and customers can take the number of benefits that are lined up for them. We are hopeful that our customers will utilize these benefits & services and stay healthy and safe”.
Lists of consumer-centric initiatives as part of the ‘We Care for You’ program
Appointment Shopping Service – Consumers can book an online appointment to shop from their nearest Samsung Exclusive Stores through-’Shop by Appointment portal. Once the booking is confirmed, the customer can visit the store as per the appointment slot for one-on-one interaction with the store executive.
Extra Reward Points up to INR 1000 – Consumers who have previously purchased Samsung devices from Samsung Smart Plaza or Samsung Smart Cafe and those who book a service via WhatsApp will be given special reward points. Interested buyers need to visit nearby Samsung Exclusive Store & purchase eligible devices including Galaxy S21, Galaxy Z Fold2, Ultra 5G, Galaxy S21+, Galaxy S20 FE 5G, Galaxy S21, among others, bonus points will be credited to their Samsung Smart Club wallet.
Samsung Student Advantage – Under the Student Advantage program, students can avail of special discounts on Galaxy Smartwatches, Galaxy Tabs & Galaxy Buds over and above the market offers at Samsung Smart Cafe and Samsung Smart Plaza.
