WickedGud’s latest campaign shows kids drinking refined oil and eating chemicals

WickedGud, a healthy comfort food brand has launched its new products supported by a series of three films emphasizing the ignorance of today’s consumers. The brand has added four varieties of non-fried instant noodles to its product portfolio and ad films have been launched to support these products.

                                             The film shows that other noodles brands have noodles deep-fried in refined oils and containing loads of harmful chemicals unhealthy for kids. The brand claims its noodles are not deep-fried and are free of refined flour, chemicals, and preservatives.

The first film, Oil’s Not Well, opens with a young and witty boy Saral who points out how instant noodles are deep-fried and harmful to health. The way Saral puts his point stunts the viewers and hits the right spot.

 The second film, Dabba Gul, tells about the empty calories in instant noodles made up of maida or refined flour. Again, Saral puts his point out in such a way that stuns his friends and onlookers.

The last series of the film, Science Experiment, highlights the chemicals and preservatives present in instant noodles as one of the ingredients. The consumers were ignoring this until Saral points it out in the film.

                                                Talking about the film, Bhuman Dani, founder and CEO of WickedGud said- Instant noodles are one of the largest consumer food categories having a market size of 12,000 crores. Instant noodles from most brands are deep-fried and made up of refined flour. They also add lots of harmful chemicals and additives that are toxic to the body. Thus, for highlighting the ignorance of the consumers we have launched three films that put forward these grave issues.

                                                Monish Debnath, chief marketing officer at WickedGud said- In this era, where being healthy and fit is the coolest form of lifestyle, one should understand the serious impacts of consuming regular instant noodles. WickedGud brand wants to provoke its consumers out of there but in a manner true to the brand tone.
