Fiat Chrysler joins with Wipro for India’s first global digital hub

Wipro Ltd is an Indian multinational corporation that provides consulting, Information Technology, Business process services in partnership with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) is an American corporation. It is the world’s largest automaker. Wipro Ltd has selected Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), a leading global IT services company, to set up the first global digital hub in India. The digital hub will build in Hyderabad known as FCA ICT India. The company said in a statement that it would support FCA’s information and communication technology operations to focus on providing premium mobility services. Wipro builds that the hub will showcase world-class engineering skills and digital best practices. 

Wipro added that the establishment of a global digital hub in India would enhance the FCA’s innovation and competitiveness to become a leader in future dynamics.  

Under the agreement, Wipro FCA will build a talent pool of over 1000 skilled consultants and technologists for ICT India and help develop capabilities around futuristic technologies, the leading IT company commented. In the automotive sector, Wipro has global expertise that will enable the FCA to acquire the best talent and achieve digital transformation. 

Ashish Saxena, manufacturing head of Wipro Limited said that the automotive industry requires a strong digital infrastructure that will increase innovation and accelerate the change it is currently encountering. We are contented to partner with FCA and bring a get together operating model that allows them to build customized digital solutions for their customers”. 

We will help to restorative  FCA’s alteration and innovation by intensifying our global technology partnership, in-house IPs, and accelerators in the automobile sector, and this treaty will create new jobs in Hyderabad.

Wipro will act as a tactical technology service partner to build a high-performance digital engineering team that meticulously maps our needs to innovate and improve our customer experience”. Said, Karim Lalani, Head, FCA ICT India. 

FCA ICT India will enable Wipro to address operational challenges to ensure that capacity is not affected, ”Wipro said. This partnership will meet the need for speed of delivery, high-risk management processes, and better control.
