Key leadership to Ajit, Shreela, Rajesh Narwankar – MSL India.

MSL India (Publicis Groupe’s Strategic Communications and Engagement Firm) announced three key leadership appointments today: MSL Bengaluru Lead, Head of Talent & Culture, and Mumbai FinComm Practice Lead. The strategic hires reflect the firm’s ongoing efforts to strengthen client relationships and create a dynamic workplace that allows for growth for all colleagues.

Amit Misra, CEO of MSL South and South East Asia, commented on the appointments, saying, “It gives me great pleasure to welcome Ajit, Rajesh, and Shreela to MSL. Their combined experience, talent, and expertise will be critical in creating a dynamic business environment and accelerating our growth. Ajit Pai is the Vice President and Leader of MSL Bengaluru. Ajit comes to MSL with over 17 years of experience in public relations. He will be in charge of MSL Bengaluru and will be in charge of strengthening client relations in the South. Ajit previously worked for top public relations firms such as Ad factors PR, Edelman, APCO Worldwide, and BCW.

Shreela Roy, Vice President and Head of the FinCom Practice in Mumbai Shreela has over 15 years of experience and knowledge in leading multi-stakeholder integrated communications campaigns in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance, Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Professional Services sectors. Shreela was previously the Director of Corporate & Financial Practice at Genesis BCW. She has advised MNC corporates and CXOs on leadership positioning, IP/thought leadership property development, category creation, and crisis management. Shreela has managed clients such as Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Kotak, ICICI Group, DBS, HDFC Life, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, JP Morgan, KPMG, and Boston Consulting Group, and Vodafone PLC.

MSL India’s Vice President and Head of Talent & Culture, Rajesh Narwankar- Rajesh will lead resource management at MSL and implement innovative talent movement processes to create a sustainable people infrastructure, bringing 15 years of experience in Human Resources. His areas of specialization include Talent Engagement, HR Analytics, Performance Management, and HR Operations. He previously led the same role at Leo Burnett, so this will be his second stint within the Publicis Groupe ecosystem. He has also worked with firms such as PwC, Edelman, and BMR Advisors.
