RIL unveils brand names & identity of its teams in UAE & CSA Leagues

Reliance Industries Limited, the proprietors of Mumbai Indians, has unveiled the call and logo identity of the two new franchises becoming a member of the Mumbai Indians #OneFamily. ‘MI Emirates’ in UAE’s international League T20 and ‘MI Cape city’ in Cricket South Africa T20 League are the group names.

The MI Emirates and MI Cape town – those names have been chosen as the name of specific regions in which the groups may be primarily based. The teams, ‘MI Emirates’ or phonetically “MY Emirates” and ‘MY Cape town’ respectively, are dedicated to enthusiasts across both the Emirates and Cape town.

Nita M. Ambani, Director of Reliance Industries, stated, “It offers me amazing pride to welcome ‘MI Emirates’ & ‘MI Cape metropolis’, the newest additions to our #Onefamily. For us, MI goes beyond cricket. It embodies the capacity to dream, be fearless and foster an effective attitude in lifestyles. I’m positive that each MI Emirates and MI Cape metropolis will embody the equal ethos and take MI international cricket legacy to even extra heights.”

UAE T20 league declares early-2023 window, likely to clash with BBL, BPL, and CSA league. The inaugural edition of the UAE T20 League, formally called International League T20 [ILT20], will take place between January 6 and February 12, 2023.

Three of the six franchises in ILT20 have owners with teams inside the IPL – Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders, and Delhi Capitals. The other three groups are owned through Lancer Capital, led by using Avram Glazer, part of the possession of Manchester United, Indian business conglomerate Adani organization, and Capri worldwide

Five-time Indian top-rated League champions Mumbai Indians are getting international franchise-owned groups within South Africa and UAE T20 Leagues. The Mumbai primarily based franchise has now revealed the names of the groups as a good way to participate in these leagues. Even as the Mumbai Indians-owned group within the South Africa league will be referred to as that “MI Cape metropolis”, the side that it will take part in within the UAE T20 League can be known as “MI Emirates.” G

The same has shown by Reliance Industries, the owner of the Mumbai Indians franchise on Wednesday. Nita Ambani, Director of Reliance Industries, shared her feelings as she welcomes the MI Emirates and MI Cape city to “One circle of relatives.”
