The agency conducted extensive primary research to determine what motivates individuals to order from a new restaurant. The campaign went live across all social channels, with advertising posted across key platforms such as PayTM, etc., targeting certain demographics, resulting in a 30 percent boost in brand recall among their audience, as well as a significant financial impact.
