Neel Pandya, Head of Media of L’Oréal in India has decided to move on from the company and currently in his notice period. Neel is the Youngest media head of the brand in L’Oréal completing his four years of journey in the company. Loreal is a French personal care and cosmetics company that constantly brings develop products of classy brands. They take leadership in product research, sales, and distribution.
His work includes planning and formulating strategies for traditional as well as Digital media for the various brands that come under L’Oréal like NYX, Loreal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier, and other products like Matrix, Kerastase, Cheryl.
In his last role of Sr. Media Director of the most complex and challenging category in FMCG – Hair Care, he was responsible for leading media planning of brands like Clinic Plus (India’s no. 1 Shampoo brands), Dove, Sunsilk, TRESemme, Clear Anti Dandruff, and Brylcream. He worked as a Strategist at TAM Media India Pvt. Ltd for more than 3 years before joining Mindshare.
Neel has often stated that the biggest leap for him is to put India on the global map for digital initiatives. He aims to take India’s media activity to international standards.
Neel had the experience of handling many National and International projects with outstanding deliveries. He grows as a leader in his career space in Loreal.
Before Loreal Neel was in ISA as ahead of the media forum. And In the past, Neel was associated with companies like Vodafone, TAM media research, HDFC bank, Future Group of India, GroupM.
